Terms and Conditions – 2025 Dance Ambassador Search

1. Eligibility

   • The 2025 Trina Power Creative Dance Ambassador Search is open to dancers of all styles. Applicants must be following @trinapowercreative on Instagram and have completed the entry form on the Trina Power Creative website.

2. Session Location

   • The free Dance Portfolio Session will be held at the Trina Power Creative Studio located in Currumbin Waters, Gold Coast, Australia.

   • The session will take place on a mutually agreed date between the Ambassador and Trina Power Creative, subject to studio availability.

3. Travel and Accommodation

   • All travel, accommodation, and any other associated expenses are not included in the free session offer. Ambassadors are responsible for arranging and covering any costs incurred for travel to and from the studio.

4. Included in the Free Session

   • The free session includes professional headshots and dance portfolio photos taken at the Trina Power Creative Studio.

   • Ambassadors will receive a gallery of edited images for personal and professional use, including social media and portfolio purposes. The number of images provided will be agreed upon prior to the session.

5. Usage of Images

   • Trina Power Creative reserves the right to use images from the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on the website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

   • Ambassadors are permitted to use the images for their own promotion, including portfolios and social media, with credit given to Trina Power Creative.

6. Session Rescheduling

   • If the Ambassador is unable to attend the session on the agreed date, rescheduling will be accommodated based on the studio’s availability. However, any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling, such as further travel or accommodation expenses, remain the responsibility of the Ambassador.

7. Non-Transferability

   • The free session is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other service.

8. General Conditions

   • This offer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

   • By entering the 2025 Dance Ambassador Search, applicants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Consent for Under 18

   Anyone under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to participate as an Ambassador. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have received the necessary consent from your parent or guardian. We reserve the right to request verification of such consent at any time.
