We understand that life gets busy and unexpected things can come up — which is why we’re happy to offer reschedules where possible. However, please note that all session bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, it will be considered a forfeited session. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out ahead of time if you need to make any changes. You can also use the “Change Session” button in your confirmation email to reschedule your session — this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
