Cancellation Policy

Each photography session is intentionally limited and your booking time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure every client receives the attention and experience they deserve, the following policy applies to all sessions.

Session Investment

Full payment is required to secure your booking. This investment confirms your session and reserves your dedicated time in the studio calendar.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and flexibility is always offered where possible. Sessions may be rescheduled as many times as needed provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled session time.

Cancellations

As your session time is reserved specifically for you, session payments are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In this circumstance, the session fee will be forfeited and a new booking and payment will be required to secure another session time.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the bookings of other clients. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If weather conditions are unsafe, or in the case of genuine emergencies, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
